Rohit (Tony) Seth, General Partner

Tony is a General Partner at Duchossois Technology Partners and focuses on component, infrastructure, and software investments. He serves on the Boards of DTEC's investments in AirWalk, Alereon, NetEffect, Pintail, Sipera, and SmartSignal. He is based out of Austin, TX where he manages DTEC's Texas office.

Before joining DTEC, Tony was Intel Capital's Regional Manager for the Northeast US and led Enterprise and Consumer sector efforts at Dell Ventures and Corporate Development. Tony's venture capital experience started as one of the original associates at HotBank/Seed Capital, SOFTBANK's early stage VC affiliate. Tony has also worked as an engineer with Texas Instruments and Andersen Consulting and as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company and Alliance Consulting Group.

He has venture investment experience in the enterprise, wireless, security, and emerging technology areas. His prior investments and board experience include: ALIS (acquired by Carl Zeiss, Inc), AppIQ (acquired by Hewlett Packard), Bluesocket, Crossbeam Systems, Sandburst (acquired by Broadcom), Surface Logix and Topspin (acquired by Cisco).

Tony graduated from Yale University with a double major B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He completed his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and SM in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University.
